Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
1. Call your representatives about the congressional funding fight.
Let them know that we can't have a repeat of the last government funding fight where Leader Schumer and some Senate Democrats rolled over and voted through a partisan Republican spending bill and that you are counting on them to hold strong and push Leader Schumer to fight for a spending bill that protects healthcare and puts meaningful checks on Trump.
Senator Cory Booker
202-224-3224
856-338-8922
Senator Andy Kim
202-224-4744
856-757-5353
2. Knock doors and/or make calls for Mikie Sherrill:
The race is close and the stakes are high. Do whatever you can to help protect New Jersey from the MAGA regime. Knock doors, make calls, tell your friends and neighbors how important this race is and how much their lives will change for the worse if Mikie doesn't get elected.
Here are some upcoming opportunities:
Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
If you didn't already know this, Andy Kim is a superstar. I was on his quarterly Leadership Council call tonight. He sees all the terrible things happening, but he is not exhausted. He is so energetic and committed. He has great ideas. He is self motivated and implements programs without anyone telling him to. He really is an exciting and extraordinary Senator.
Why do I think that?
He and Jamie Raskin implemented a nationwide effort called "Democracy Summer" to mobilize young people and it was wildly successful.
He developed another program in NJ to engage young people and he said they have had HUNDREDS of applications.
He has been crisscrossing the state to help Mikie Sherrill win big.
He is also pushing major anticorruption legislation.
The most uplifting thing he said was "I will be here long after Trump is gone." Yes he will. We'll make sure of it.

Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
MEET MIKIE SHERRILL
TOMORROW Saturday Sept 27 at 4PM AT NEW WILLINGBORO OFFICE
320 Beverly-Rancocas Road
Willingboro
We need a big crowd!!!
Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
I am not trying to scare you, I am trying to mobilize you. If you are not doing anything for the Governor's Race Nov 4, make a commitment to start today. Everyone can make phone calls ad/or write postcards. Make a donation if you are able. The more dedicated can do canvassing and Voter Registration. This election will be determined by voter turnout. Recently contacted and/or registered voters are more likely to vote.
There is something for everyone.
"No one can do everything, but everyone can do something."
Come Nov 4, make sure you're on the list of "I did something."
According to a new poll, the gubernatorial race is now tied. As you all know, if MAGA Jack wins this would be terrible news for New Jersey public education.
https://pix11.com/news/local-news/race-for-new-jersey-governor-a-toss-up-pix11-poll/?emci=0868ce27-069a-f011-b485-6045bda9d96b&emdi=7aa3603b-079a-f011-b485-6045bda9d96b&ceid=569051
This is not a partisan issue. This is an issue directly tied to the safety of our children. Something that MAGA Jack seems unwilling to support. Ask that you, are partnering organizations Send this email out to your membership as well.
He backs voucher schemes that drain taxpayer dollars - sending them to private schools that choose who they admit and can discriminate in admissions practices
He called fully funded pre-K indefensible, even though working families depend on it.
He’s weak on gun control and school safety.
He voted against panic alarms that could save children’s lives.
He sided with the NRA, allowing large-capacity magazines - the very weapons used in school shootings.
He wants to weaken the New Jersey Department of Education, following the same playbook as Washington.
He is against the state of New Jersey being a sanctuary state and wants to take away the rights of our local communities to be sanctuary cities. And we have absolutely no idea whether he will protect our public schools as safe places where law enforcement and ICE can not enter.
Everyone, I implore you to please get involved in volunteering for Mikie's campaign immediately at this link:

JIMMY KIMMEL IS BAAACK ON ABC LATE NIGHT DUE TO THE PEOPLE'S POWER (THAT'S US)!
-Read the Info Below about This Significant Blow against the MAGA Authoritarian Regime from Cooper River Indivisible (CRI)
We called. We emailed. We posted. Many of us went so far as to cancel our Disney and Hulu subscriptions, and let ABC know why.
And it worked.
Jimmy Kimmel is back on the air on Tuesday night. We don't know yet if this is a clear victory or a mixed one. We don't know if he's back with pre-conditions or if he's back under the same terms as before his cancellation. We will wait for more information before we discuss specifics.
But what we do know, right now, is that this only happened because people like us rose up to demand it. Just like our successful boycott against Tesla and Elon Musk as well as the efforts of JB Pritzker and the massive popular protests in Illinois, who fought Trump's illegal troop deployment to Chicago, we showed that we can fight MAGA authoritarianism, and we can win!
American democracy is not dead. Let's keep fighting together.
Call to Action (Requested by Action Together Burlington County)
Urge the NJ Senate President and the NJ Assembly Speaker to Bring to the Floor and Support Passage of the Immigrant Trust Act (S3672/A4987)during the Lame Duck Session, which begins after the NJ 2025 Election on Nov 4. NEW. Also, Urge Our LD7 and LD8 NJ State Reps to Publicly Support Passage of This Act.
The Immigrant Trust Act establishes protections for immigrants interacting with government agencies. The enforcement of federal immigration law is the responsibility of the federal government and falls outside the scope of state, county, and municipal law enforcement agencies.
The Immigrant Trust Act protects the personal information of NJ immigrants, since it limits what can be collected by agencies. It separates law enforcement from federal immigration enforcement. It limits NJ involvement in federal detection and deportation systems. It eliminates caveats that deny some legal protections to immigrants that are enjoyed by NJ citizens.
The Immigrant Trust Act requires public schools, health care facilities, libraries, and shelters to adopt policies to help immigrants feel safe. It also requires law enforcement agencies to submit reports on their interaction with immigration authorities.

Hi, my name is (name) and I am a constituent from (city, zip). I’m calling urge (Senate President Nicholas Scutari/Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin/LD7 State Reps/LD8 State Reps) to bring to the floor and support passage of the Immigrant Trust Act (S3672/A4987) during the lame duck session that begins after the upcoming election. With the current Immigrant Trust Directive being challenged and outside threats looming, there is no time to waste in strengthening protections for New Jersey's numerous hard working immigrant communities. This moment calls for leadership and decisive action. Please do your part to ensure that NJ remains the state of liberty and prosperity.
Thank you.

Senate President Nicholas Scutari: 732–827–7480

Jimmy Kimmel Cancellation
I imagine, just like me, you may be very concerned about the cancellation of the Jimmy Kimmel show on ABC immediately after he made a statement the administration didn’t like this week. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chair, Brendan Carr,
actually threatened ABC, (owned by Disney), that “we can do this the hard way, or the easy way”, in true Mafia-style language, intimating that he would not approve their upcoming lucrative merger with another corporation. In addition to firing Kimmel, ABC
also eradicated any future plans for a late night comedy show, even after twenty years of broadcasting that type of program.
In addition, Trump himself threatened to get Jimmy Fallon of NBC fired, even though Fallon is the only other major TV comedian left in the 11:30 P.M. time slot, (as Trump’s FCC forced CBS to fire Stephen Colbert only a few days ago!) It seems the current government
even wants to take away our ability to laugh, a crucial outlet which we especially need in our country today.
Also, this week, Trump himself actually threatened to eliminate any news program or other program that disagreed with his views. His administration’s actions are a direct attack on American culture, which makes our country the unique place it is.
The national Indivisible Organization is asking us to pressure ABC and Disney, now under the administration of Bob Iger, Disney’s CEO, to reinstate Jimmy Kimmel, commit to defending First Amendment rights and refrain from caving to political pressure from the
administration. (See Indivisible Homepage).
Indivisible recommends that:
(1). We boycott the corporation that is propounding the government’s anti-Democratic agenda, i.e., by not watching ABC programming and canceling Disney+ subscriptions. They also recommend that we direct pressure on ABC and its affiliates by flooding
their comment forms and customer service lines for taking away the programs from its customers, we the American public.
(2) Indivisible also ask us to contact our MOCs by phone and email to demand an investigation into government censorship. They ask us to turn the heat up and demand that Carr of the FCC, ABC/Disney execs and their partners be hauled before Congress
to testify under oath. (The Homepage has links to call Congress and email them to demand investigations. It also has links to help us cancel Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu.) In addition, the national Indivisible group provides addresses to contact the corporations involved in this scheme, including ABC, Disney, Sinclair, (who also agreed to cancel Kimmel’s programs), and Nexstar.
I suggest that we not only do Calls to Action on this issue, but also ask our fellow organizations, Cooper River Indivisible, Action Together N.J. and others to do the same. I believe we should act in concert and make our voices heard as strongly as possible.
Some of my friends have posted a letter to Bob Iger, the Disney CEO, on Facebook, protesting Disney’s actions and committing to boycott ABC channel programming until the Kimmel show is restored. I attach it here for your review. It may provide a good model for
our members to use to let Disney know that the FCC is not the only entity that can affect their economic success, but that we the American consumers, also have a very strong effect on their economic bottom line!
Please let me know what you think. The letter I have discussed is set forth below. If you have any editorial suggestions or comments, please advise. Thanks!
The Walt Disney Company

Mr. Iger,
As the result of your decision to cancel the Jimmy Kimmel Show, my family and I will no longer watch anything on ABC, Disney, ESPN, or its affiliates! Having buckled under pressure from the tyrant in the White House and his chair of the FCC to cancel the Jimmy Kimmel Show, you have assisted in government censorship of free speech! You have also flagrantly violated your commitment to the American people!
Disney, which has a history of anti-authoritarian positions, is now destroying its own legacy. You should be ashamed! We will be boycotting your channel and all Disney affiliates until you restore Mr. Kimmel to his show!
Sincerely,

Fight Trump/Rubio Authoritarian State Dept. Attempt to Silence Political Dissent of US Citizens by Revoking Passports. Oppose Section 226 of HR 5300.
The chair of the House foreign affairs committee, Representative Bill Mast (R – FL), added a provision to HR 5300, the State Department re-authorization bill, to silence and punish political dissent. The House foreign affairs committee will need to mark up and amend the bill on 9/17. Then it must pass the full House and Senate
Section 226 gives new power to the State Department to revoke passports of US citizens based on vague language about “support for terrorist organizations“ without due process or criminal conviction. The State Department already punished immigrants for their speech. This would allow the State Department to make similar unjustified accusations of US citizens for any belief or speech they oppose.
“Hi, my name is (name) and I’m a constituent from (city, zip). I am calling to urge my (Rep/Sen name) to oppose section 226 of HR 5300, the State Department’s reauthorization bill. It would give the Secretary of State unprecedented power to revoke passports from US citizens in retribution for their free speech."

Protest Against the Administration Continues in Washington, D.C.
Donald Trump dined out this week at a Washington, D.C. restaurant to prove the city is now safe from crime because of his sending federal agents and the National Guard there, (although they have mostly been spending time landscaping at the National Mall for lack of other things to do). At the restaurant, Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, only one block from the White House, Trump was surprised when he walked through with J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio and Pete Hegseth, and patrons began shouting “Free D.C.!” and “Trump is the Hitler of our time!” Other events like this have been occurring frequently in recent months, as when J.D.Vance and Pete Hegseth were heckled at a D.C. Shake Shack in August. The harassment has become so frequent that top Republicans in D.C. had to create their own safe space, a costly private club co-founded by Donald Trump Jr., called the Executive Branch.
Response by Late Night Comedy
Observing what occurred when Trump was heckled at a D.C. restaurant, comedian Jimmy Kimmel said, “There are hundreds of troops on the street and somehow they let a 34-time convicted felon just waltz into a restaurant!”
Continued Resistance by the Media
The Television Academy, who sponsor the Emmys, showed their participation in the Resistance by honoring the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, (CPB), with a special Governor’s Award, presented to the CPB president and CEO Patricia de Stacy Harrison. The move was in response to a $1.1 billion cut to CPB by the present administration. Opposition to the CPB has been happening in the Republican Party since its inception, who criticized it as “liberal” or “left-leaning”, chafing against support of educational fare such as “Sesame Street”, “Mister Roger’s Neighborhood” and “Nova”. In 1969, Fred Rogers, aka “Mr. Rogers” prevented cuts to the CPB with his testimony to congress about the importance of teaching children empathy and caring. In recent years, many Republicans had come to support the content of the programming. The award was presented to Patricia de Stacy Harrison, the CEO, who is a Republican.
Trump Supporters in the Media Turning to the Democratic Party
Joe Rogan, a supporter of Donald Trump who helped him get elected in 2024, asked a Democrat to run for president on one of his recent podcast shows. He told Democrat James Talarico, a Texas state representative, that he should run for president, stating “We need someone who’s actually a good person.”
Mr. Talarico is now running for the Senate in Texas. He gained national attention for his appearance on Rogan’s show, according to Politico, and is seen as a candidate who can connect with people who might otherwise distrust the political establishment.

Dear Indivisibles,
Today we have more of the latest news of the Resistance!
Republicans in Congress Join Democrats to Release the Epstein Files
A House Committee, in a rare move that included both Democrats and Republicans, released a trove of records from the Epstein files on Monday, against the wishes of the Trump administration. Trump’s opposition to release the Epstein files, despite promises to his base, had caused two of his strongest supporters, Republican Nancy Mace of South Carolina and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, to strongly oppose Trump’s position. Nancy Mace, a former victim of sexual abuse, left her meeting with Trump’s sexual assault victims in tears.
In the newly released documents, in addition to a sexually suggestive drawing of a woman signed by Trump, (previously released), with text inside referring to the “secrets” the two men shared, the new documents contain a photo of a huge, blown-up check. A note with the photo, which shows Epstein holding the check for $22,500, signed by Trump, implied that Epstein “sold” a woman to Trump for the amount on the check. This evidence, directly from the Epstein estate, is more proof that Trump knew about Epstein’s activities.
Protests by the Resistance in Washington D.C. Reached 25,000 People Last Weekend
The group “Free DC” and other organizers marched with national Indivisible members last weekend in the nation’s capitol. Although it was hot, humid and rainy, 25,000 people showed up. Thus far, the “No Kings” rallies have broken records with 2,169 protests in every state and in 27 countries. As June’s No Kings aimed to deprive Trump of his birthday parade media blitz, the next October 18th rallies aim to send a message of America’s resolve to defy the occupation of cities and the deployment of masked ICE agents and military to terrorize American communities.
Indivisible asks us to be advertiser, influencer and recruiter for democracy in the next month before the October rallies. They ask us to sign up and bring friends, family and colleagues with us. Rachel Maddow covered the launch of this initiative last night, featuring Ezra Levin’s interview with Rolling Stone. Mr. Levin is calling on us to sign up for the rallies and the events before and after the October 18th rallies, including the Hands Across NJ rally on September 17th, joining in solidarity against Trump’s authoritarianism.
Citizen Resistance Against ICE Is Spreading
In Pennsylvania, in Montgomery County, immigration activists followed ICE, doing video recordings of agents’ activities and, notifying people in the area of the officials’ approach. At times, they loudly confronted officers, remonstrating with them for being masked and demanding they show their faces. Activists also asked agents if they had told their own children that they were working to separate families. The activists have established county level hotlines in eleven counties to report ICE sightings. One organizer at the Pennsylvania event said, “The citizens are the front line right now.” Similar actions are also reported in Colorado and California.
The “Podcast Bros” of the Trump Base, Who Helped Him Get Elected, are Turning Against Him
A number of shows in the “manosphere”, including podcasts with tens of millions of viewers, (largely young men), are either stopping their favorable coverage of Trump, or criticizing him strongly for his policies. This is a significant change in the media approach to Trump by people that previously embraced him. It demonstrates what appear to be cracks in the Trump base. For example, Joe Rogan’s broadcast has recently been critical of tariffs, government censorship and pseudo-policing language, as well as the extent of mass deportations. Recently Rogan criticized the failure to release the Epstein files and the administration “gaslighting” supporters. He is currently supporting a Democrat running for the Senate from Texas, James Talarico.
Theo Von has also been highly critical of Trump’s handing the Epstein files and has criticized Vance, a former guest. He also had Dem. Rep. Ro Khanna on his show recently.
Andrew Schulz has also been highly critical of Trump’s reversal on so many of his promises and has been saying favorable things about the Democrats. He has been inviting guests on his show like Bernie Sanders, Ro Khanna, Pete Buttigieg and the liberal Pod Save America hosts. His show has become a vehicle for those expressing regret over their Trump support and looking for better options. Recently Schulz said he would give the Democrats the opportunity to win back voters like him.
Television Media Criticizes RFK’s Vaccine Policies
As per the “Huffpost” publication, on the television daytime talk show, “The View”, host Whoopi Goldberg highlighted RFK’s cancellation of $500 million in RNA vaccine contracts. She then slammed RFK for his vaccine policy, stating that “They’re playing Russian roulette with the lives of children”. The New York Times has called “The View”, “the most important political TV show in America.” Through its mixture of political news, humor and celebrity appearances, the show has a very wide audience. The Times stated that the show serves as a prominent platform for politicians to introduce themselves to the voters and that it is a crucial campaign stop. It became the first daytime talk show to host a U.S. President when Obama appeared there in 2010.
We reprint here the Call to Action sent out yesterday, for your convenience in contacting your representatives:
CALL TO ACTION:
CALL our Senators and tell them to publicly condemn Trump’s AI Death panels.
Donald Trump and Dr. Oz want to let Artificial Intelligence (AI) choose which procedures Medicare will cover for individual patients—with AI companies being paid based on how much money they save by denying people’s coverage.
Trump and Dr. Oz are letting AI come between Medicare patients and their doctors. Healthcare decisions should be made by doctors -- not AI companies that benefit from denying coverage.
This cruel ploy comes as Medicare faces an urgent funding crisis thanks to Republicans’ Big Ugly Bill. Trump and the GOP are systematically driving up healthcare costs and starving our healthcare system of funds.

But we know from the questions we're getting that you are excited about this and want to know where you can sign up. And this is it! We're starting to make our plans for a meaningful and exciting event. Sign up now so you get all the updates.

Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
Here are some of the latest news of the Resistance:
Congressional Actions:
In a surprising move, five GOP Representatives joined Democrats to prevent the censure of Rep. LaMonica McIver for her involvement in a chaotic May scuffle outside an immigration detention center in Newark, New Jersey. Although Ms. McIver allegedly pushed the arm of a detention center staff member and held him briefly, Ms. McIver responded that she, in fact, had been pushed and manhandled by those officials. In addition to the five GOP congressmen who voted to table the motion, two others voted present rather than vote to censure Ms. McIver.
State Action:
At least nine states so far, including Massachusetts, New Mexico, Illinois, Colorado and Washington, have taken steps to ensure their residents have access to the Covid vaccine in response to the federal government’s failure to do so. Governor Jared Polis of Colorado has ordered vaccinations may be given without a prescription and Governor Maura Healey of Massachusetts has also ordered that their citizens have access. In addition, New Mexico has given the green light to vaccines for their residents.
A coalition of three states including Washington, Oregon and California have also united to establish vaccination plans as recommended by respected national medical organizations. Illinois, likewise plans to rely on medical experts in providing vaccine access.
In addition, in Pennsylvania, the pharmacy board voted this week to protect the availability of the vaccines at the urging of Gov. Josh Shapiro.
Judicial Actions:
The Trump administration lost seven court cases in the past week—including three that were decided against it in a single day:
Tuesday: A Federal court issued an injunction against federal troops occupying Los Angeles, California, finding that this federal action violated the law.
Wednesday: Another Federal court, in Boston, rejected a lawsuit which would have frozen $2 billion dollars in research grants awarded to Harvard University, halting important research being conducted by the school.
Wednesday: A federal appeals court panel ruled 2-1 that Trump cannot uses the 18th century Alien Enemies Act to speed the deportations of Venezuelans whom his administration alleged belonged to a Venezuelan criminal gang.
Wednesday: A federal district court in Washington blocked Trump from cutting $12 billion U.S. in foreign aid funds previously approved by Congress.
Friday: In addition, a Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. held that many of Trumps tariffs were illegal, in particular, those that apply to Canada among a number of other trading partners.
Sunday: In a sixth case, decided in a temporary order today, a federal court put a halt to the deportation of 700 unaccompanied minor children to Guatemala. The legal battle is expected to play out further over the coming days.
Although the Supreme Court has been upholding Trump initiatives, the lower federal courts appear to be ruling against Trump’s policies in those cases where Trump’s actions appear to be violating the Constitution or statutes passed by Congress.
Grand Juries in Washington D.C.
Grand Juries in Washington, D.C. have rejected numerous attempts by the feds to criminally prosecute citizens for small acts of protest. One case included a man who threw a sandwich at an officer, where the government tried to charge him with a felony. As a result of the no bill response by the Grand Jury, the charge had to be reduced to a misdemeanor.
Another case was rejected by three Grand Juries, involving a resident accused of assaulting an FBI agent during a protest. Other Grand Juries refused to indict two individuals for felony charges alleging they were threatening to kill President Trump. Both cases were reportedly dismissed or downgraded.
Citizen Protest
Trump was loudly and repeatedly booed at the U.S. Open yesterday, drowning out the small number of cheers he received. The first time occurred when he entered the stadium. The second time occurred when he appeared on the Jumbotron during the anthem. The third time happened when he was shown on the Jumbotron on a set break.

I’m OK if you have never done it but you have read the College Voter Registration handbook (I can email it to you) and had the training at the Election Board or at the Library. It’s not complicated. There will be a knowledgable student there. I was under the impression that a lot of people wanted to go to TCNJ. Details are on the Sign up sheet.

Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
SAVE THE DATES:
Monthly Meeting of SJNOWIndivisible Monday Sept 15 at 7pm
NO KINGS 2 Saturday October 18
Get ready- College Voter Registration is ramping up.
You must start checking your email every day. I’m expecting to have sign-up sheets for Rutgers- Camden on Monday or Tuesday.
You will receive explicit instructions about where you are going and where you are parking.
If you want a pass to park on campus, I will need your license plate number of the car you will be driving . The college requires this to obtain a parking pass.
The public garage is safe and a short walk.
This part of Camden is completely safe. It is like any other city College campus. Driving there is easy.
We have a fantastic opportunity here. The person running the Voter Registration drive for the University was previously a full professor in the in the political science department. She is extremely gung ho and very excited to have us help her. She says many of the students who knew the most have graduated and so she really needs our help.
Rutgers Camden has an interesting set up. Every day every student has a free period. Tuesday and Thursday, it is 12:45pm-1:45pm and Wednesday, it is 11:20am to 12:20pm. Since 85% of the students are commuters, they all hang out in the student center during this hour. Her presence is very well established so the students know to look for her there. They do Voter Registration every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
She also has two other opportunities for us. Sept 16, she will need 2 people to walk all over campus with her to hit departments that are often missed (Like nursing).
Sept 23 is National Voter Registration Day
We will need 8 people 12:30pm-2pm. They have a DJ, food etc.
Please be considering all of this and looking at your calendars now. On Monday or Tuesday I will release the sign up sheets and they are going to us, CRI and ATNJ. I will give our group only a two day lead time. We need the slots filled and Vote Registration starts Sept 9. I was on a Voter Registration Committee Zoom with CRI last night. They are anxious to help us.
I am giving you the information now so you can quickly sign up and get the days and shifts you want.
This is all new to us so Dave and I are still figuring out how to get the supplies from shift to shift. We can’t leave anything at the end of our last daily shift at any college. One of the people on the last shift (in the case of Rutgers Camden it will be only one shift) have/has to be responsible for picking up the supplies from me the day of and returning the supplies to me at the end of the shift. If anyone has a better idea, please let me know.
I will be sending a sign up sheet for two other opportunities:
1. I need 2 experienced people to do Voter Registration at TCNJ during Voter registration Week. You will be in the Brower Student Center. She has requested parking passes for us.
Thursday October 9 from 11am-2pm. You will be there with a 1-2 TCNJ students who will bring their supplies. We will bring ours as well.
2. Tired of biting your tongue- Partisan Voter Registration! The Evesham Dems have invited us to do Voter Registration at their tent at the Evesham Harvest Festival Saturday Sept 27 10am -4:30pm There will be 3 shifts. The festival is held on Main Street in Marlton.

Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
A HUGE problem for Medicare recipients!
Trump and "Dr." Oz are rolling out a pilot program to change Medicare.
They want to require senior citizens to get prior authorization for some healthcare services. (We say “NO” to this)
AI (Artificial Intelligence) companies will decide whether medical care is approved or not. (We say “NO” to this)
It gets worse....if the AI program (a computer program) decides that you "don't need" a medical procedure, EVEN if your doctor recommended it, an AI Executive gets paid!! These companies will profit from denying needed care to seniors. (We say “NO” to this)
The AI Death Panels will roll out in January and pilot in 6 states: NEW JERSEY, Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Washington. (We say “NO” to this)
Call your Congressman now and Demand they stop AI powered Medicare service rejections and use the upcoming federal budget fight to restore healthcare funding!!! Let’s keep his phone ringing for days to come!

Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
More College Voter Registration is coming! We will have more sign up sheets soon. You MUST check your email every day! It is very likely we will be at more than one college at a time. Everyone has the same 6 weeks to register students. Registration ends Oct 14.
We are definitely going to TCNJ. We are almost definitely going to Rutgers-Camden and Camden County College.
We are likely going to Georgian Court and Ocean Community College. We are already scheduled at Middlesex Community College. Rowan- Glassboro is still a question mark.
I have given 4 colleges to ATNJ because they were in North Jersey.

Hello SJNOWIndivisibles,
Science or Quackery
August 28, 2025: After only four weeks on the job, CDC director Susan Monarez has been fired from her position for not rubber stamping the anti-scientific directives of RFK Jr. Soon after her firing, four other senior CDC employees resigned from their leadership positions, leaving the CDC in chaos and disorder. The public health of the United States is in grave danger under RFK Jr. He must be removed by impeachment.
He is attacking science and public health with blatant lies. Entire agencies in the HHS have been gutted or eliminated. He has defunded childhood vaccination programs and has made DESPICABLE statements about people diagnosed with Autism.
RFK Jr. is putting countless lives at risk and must be impeached!!!
Contact our representatives and demand that they move to impeach him.
